Can I ask at what age people are typically buying their homes here in LA? Wondering at what age people are able to take the plunge.

Question, for short term options <2 weeks out, it usually pays to buy int the money rather than otm even if premium is double since the stock would have to move quite a ways otherwise for you to capitalize and you have limited flexibility. Is this correct? And for longer term options it’s ok to bet more outside the money since you have time on your side should it break or stall.

Any one have other Dallas based sources of income? Tips?
