Anyone going to the Advisory Associated Foundation session from June 5th-June 10th?

I'm 4 years into my career, currently I work at one of the largest public advisory firms writing research and taking advisory calls with CIOs/CFOs on strategy around IT Cost Optimization, IT/technology finance, benchmarking, budgeting etc. I enjoy the role but fear not being able to do much with this experience. I fear this due to the fact that I simply talk strategy and roadmaps with no technical experience of having ever done these activities myself.

I am about to get an opportunity in an educational company, meaning basically to convince engineering students to adapt courses. The company name is skilling. I am working as quote to cash specialist. Tomorrow I will be having interview. In my current role there is no target and all. But I am having fear that this company may have targets to achieve. For expert witnesses/lawyers

I’m a former forensic scientist that left the field several years ago. I recently received a subpoena from a case I worked and suggested to DA to have evidence re-worked by the lab or stipulation. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

If I’m paying first month rent and security deposit now for a May 1 move in. Do they give me the keys now or not until May 1?

Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.
