Anyone had their background checks done via ClearChecks? I was fired for performance in my last job and landed an offer. I start on Monday, but other than that, I have nothing bad in my records, not even a speeding ticket.

How long does it take to clear a check? Should I be worried? They didn't even ask for a reference name or number, just asked me to log into my ADP account.

Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting).
