Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Made the switch from manager to controller. Takes around 30-60 days to get used to the new work. In my opinion being a senior accountant will put you back a few years to get to controller. If I were you I’d stick around for a year or so and push for accounting manager.
Many companies will consider you for the accounting manager role with 4 years of public experience.
Depends also on what you want from your life. Controller jobs also want CPAs.
You’ll have to get the CPA license no matter what you do. If you are just fed up of public accounting and can’t deal with another busy season that’s another thing.
Keep in mind that getting promoted to accounting manager will take you 2-3 years and another 3-4 years to get to controller.
Can you be more specific with your questions? This is pretty vague and hard to answer.
