When people say to “be consistent” with workouts, I get that part of it is showing up and putting in the effort. But is the other part sticking with the same type of workout routine or is it ok to mix it up? (Think biking one day, gym another, walk or jog another). Goal is to lose weight and get toned (27 F). With the gym, is it better to stick with the same basic exercises each time or make more diverse workout plans?

Hi. How do I get into commercial real estate? Where do I start? Real Estate and business ownership has always my passion and I'm ready finally to do what I love.
I like residential real estate too, but wondering if I should do that after given the sheer number of residential real estate agents out there.

HOA - doing something without approval.....was planning to change my windows without hoa approval but my neighbour snitched. I came clean to the hoa and now I need to go through a 2 mo approval process and they might not even approve my windows. I paid 7k for them. I am now feeling regret for not just ignoring the hoa email and then still installing and dealing with the fine on the back end ? Thoughts? I’m also worried now that I’m on some radar. Am I overthinking this?

This is a pretty broad ask so all comments are appreciated - what kinds of roles are out there (PM? Acq? AM?). How is the work life balance (hrs/week). What is comp like? Any recommendations for firms in the broader multifamily space?

is real estate appraisal/valuation a joke? is the average appraiser capable of doing, or doing technical valuation work? genuinely trying to understand how technical the work is as i am graduating from real estate and finance program and considering my job options.
