Anyone have insight on average comp for a National Health Plan VP of Operations? Thinking of applying to an industry role, but the glass door comp numbers are much lower than Smgr comp. Thoughts?

A1 - thanks for the insight. I was hoping for a larger jump. That’s basically my current all in comp depending on the bonus and RSUs. SM1 - If the health plan is on the west coast then yes, we definitely got the same email!

I’d assume 200-250k + variable bonus depending on performance and company performance

Try life sciences or big tech in health if you expect more pay

It’s hard to just “try” something if you don’t have experience.

Delta Platinum members, what bonus do you choose? Very likely gifting Silver Status to my spouse.
