Anyone have insight on what mid-sized commercial litigation firms are paying associates in South Florida? Is it definitely better than the ~$100k average for ID firms in this area?

Info that I know of: first year associate around $100k, 6th year around 145k. Billables around 1650

I would hope more than what I’m earning in Orlando, $150k comp as a 6th year in ID

Yup, 4th firm so far since I’ve been barred.

Hello Team,how does the RRP get paid at Optum ? They provided a huge number (20%) of fixed as variable. In general how do they pay on this ? Would they pay all 100% for top performers ?
