Fidelity, who asked for this?

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Say that you noticed these trip ups. Ask her what you can do to help her do her job.
Maybe your assistant is going through something personal. Ask them if everything is ok and then decide from their response. I am sure they are aware and trying to do better. I have been there.
tell them that AI is coming after their job if they dont get their things in order
I’m assuming that most of these attorneys not having any compassion are boomers /gen x. Still use HUGE paper files (instead of paperless ) and still issues dictation.
Depending on how long they have worked there: 1) would sit them down and ask if there is something going on to cause distraction at work; 2) offer additional training and timeline for improvement after that write-up and possible termination would be in order.
Unfortunately I’ve been that type of assistant before. My issue was extreme depression and anxiety. It may be a possibility that she stop taking her meds or switched. Please be kind to her. Definitely have a talk with her. But prepare yourself for possible tears if she opens up ♥️
Please be kind, seems you are with how you wrote the post. To me, sounds like something personal is happening. I’ve been there, somebody passed away quickly and unexpectedly and my bosses didn’t give a crap, which made things that much worse….Have a sit down with her and see what is going on, but don’t make it some formal thing where she thinks she’s about to be fired. Again, you seem like a nice human, unlike a lot of attorneys, so just be nice and understanding and hopefully she can snap back in no time.
Whoa whoa whoa on the unlike a lot of attorneys… everyone I know has and treats paralegals with a lot of respect. I know I do for sure and consider them part of the core team. So sorry if that’s your experience. Where is this bash coming from? Not sure if relevant but my experience is in biglaw only.
Whatever you do, just don’t micromanage. That’ll be added unnecessary stress that will really hamper her more than help her.
Kudos to you for not wanting to be that kind of boss. Not sure how long she has been your PA or how much experience she has, but if her work has always been good and this isn't her normal work product, I would ask her if everything is okay. If she is worth her salt, she knows her mistakes.
