If we are being super honest, I HATE working in general. Yes I understand it’s needed and no I don’t want things just handed to me…but I literally hate working. Now I definitely think if we have to work 😒, then you should definitely like your job. Don’t do a job that makes you miserable or you’re just going to hate your life 🤷🏻♀️. Do something that makes you happy or something you enjoy. I would love to do remote work from home, but have had no luck with it so that sucks. But I’m going to keep trying and hopefully someday I’ll get to do something like that.
Try to live your life in the best way you’re able to, that includes enjoying your job especially since you have to do it so you might as well enjoy it instead of being miserable all the time. Money is important but your life and your mental and physical health is so much more important.
I totally agree with this, it’s like I wrote it myself! It’s so annoying that we have to do it, but if we do, it’s about minimising stress in your life as much as you possibly can.
The current economy and working class of the USA are absolutely terrible. If you have a good job and are happy, count yourself incredibly lucky and keep your head down so you don’t lose it. The only jobs hiring WFH are commission based selling because they want the most stressed out and desperate people to make sales because they know their livelihood depends on it and they can’t pay people enough to do it willingly. If you have anything outside of that, you’re in operations management/HR. That’s why they are “happy” at their job. Idk about you but I’ll handle a few callouts every day for 6-10x the pay of your average worker. Additionally, the work is always easier when you make upward movement unless you’re in retail.
I am not happy in my job and although I cannot speak for everyone, i beleive that alot of our four fathers forgot to tell us the blue print to working environment. "You are not going to like your job" 1st John Chapter 2 Verse 15: Do not like anything in the world.
We was not made or built to like our jobs, we apply and through success, we get the job. Now comes the bigger part.
Sticking it through until that better opportunity comes along. That requires looking at the job boards within the company you are part of so you can work up the ladder and get a better position that gives you more skills more experience and more chances to navigate towards where we want to me.
When can I start
I definitely am happy at my job. Its remote and allows me thr flexibility to get my kinder child to school. Ownership and COO are super easy to work with. Compared to a previous high stress VP who questioned everything you did, this is the way it should be imo.
I’m really glad to hear that!
If you get and understand me, drop me a like and let's talk about this.✌️😉
Thank you
