Anyone here on Raya? I’ve had a Raya+ membership for a little while now and am quite confused about how some of the features work. Insight much appreciated!

1. ⁠How do you see everyone who has liked you, which is supposed to be the main benefit of Raya+? I just have the regular home page. Every now and then, on the profile that pops up, it says that they've liked me already. But is there no consolidated view of the people who have liked you?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections.
