I just accepted a corporate counsel role with a large Fortune 500 company. Any advice or thoughts on make the transition from a firm to in house?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.

I feel like these “incredible” exit opportunities consulting gives you is only applicable to MBB (i.e, companies only value MBB experience vs others). Any successful exits from Big 4 folk?

C3A grade employee in tcs. I have an offer from a company for onsite role and placement is in UK as permanent employee but the role given in offer is an entry level one. With almost 11 years of experience, is it good to accept this offer only for the on-site opportunity?

Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry.
