Anyone in @KPMG UK who recently moved to UK on a Tier 2 visa ? How much time didi KPMG take to initiate or issue the CoS post offer acceptance ? I accepted the offer back in Oct and had a proposed joining date of early Feb, however the immigration team (or RTW team) hasn't yet been in touch to initiate the CoS. All I hear from the onboarding team is that there is a huge workload which is delaying the process.

Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
