What’s the smallest space you can get by with for a pretty basic woodworking setup?

So, I have lil Spanish lavender plants from Trader Joe’s and a midsized French lavender plant from Home Depot… the care info and the internet all say to give them full sun and water occasionally - what does that actually look like…? Has anyone had success reducing or getting off stimulants? I been on vyvanse for 10 years and now at a pretty high dose (60mg). I feel fine when I take 60mg but my concern is if I don’t take that much I feel barely functional and I don’t want to go any higher in future years. Not taking on weekends basically requires me to just lay in bed all weekend.
