I feel you. I have a 2 year old and am nearly 35 weeks pregnant. Husband has had to step up a bit more on the backend (with chores primarily) as toddler prefers me. While I physically feel decent, exhaustion is my main issue, so I try to prioritize sleep.
Let your husband know what your biggest hurdles are and see if there's something in your routine that he can take on instead. Imo now is the time to start delegating or getting/hiring help so that you can maintain your sanity and get good rest
Going through the same thing. 2 year old and 31 weeks. Man it is rough. Delegate to your husband or hired help if possible. My husband doesn’t rise to the occasion and I have decided to cut standards and expectations. More TV time, somewhat unhealthy food, less time outdoors etc., are all acceptable now. I have a nanny and increased her hours to help during the weekend as well. I don’t even want to think about how crazy everything will be when the baby arrives. Hopefully we will have our. Dog back and can do more. Good luck to all of us!!
I meant have our *body back* not dog. Haha
I’ve got a 4 week old and a 2 year old, just here to say I’m finding toddler + newborn so so so much easier than pregnant + toddler, so in my opinion you are doing the hardest bit now and it will get easier. You’ve got this and you are doing great!!
Not yet on my third trimester.. but my 15m has me tired all the time at 23 weeks. 😅😅🤣
