1) Average expected package of an associate
2) Average experience expected at ZS to get hired at associate (not BCN)
3) Good books to upskill and ace the consulting case interviews

Anyone working in Wells Fargo know about Loudspeaker program? How that is for growth? I have a good offer from them and good hike on my current compensation but not sure about the role.
And the position of Senior Business Executive Consultant is in what hierarchy ? I have 8 years of workex (MBA).

Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
