Anyone know how compensation changes work at Publicis Sapient after a promotion? If someone isn’t happy with the revised salary, what’s the process to raise it? Who’s involved - manager, HR, etc? Are there steps or timelines for a re-evaluation or escalation? Trying to understand how flexible or open the process is post-promotion. Any insights would help!

After a long interview process, I had to decline an offer from Amazon. I was really excited, but they wanted to start me as an L4. I already have offers on the table $15,000 more then the possible top compensation an L4 can get.

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision.
