Fish, how many years did it take after your MBA to double your pay (in consulting)?

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. Has anyone ever heard of this type of real estate private equity fund structure:

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
To me this seems extremely cumbersome and would require multiple classes of (cont’d)

I want to get into Real Estate Law - as a NY attorney I know it should be relatively easy to get my real estate brokers license and I’m also considering a 1 year LLM in Real estate law, is the LLM worth it or should I just continue applying to real estate attorney jobs?

(Explain like I’m stupid, because I am, but be nice) Refinancing a construction loan to a standard mortgage loan. Borrower and lender entities not changing. Current UCC-1 filed securing “all assets of debtor” in 2019. Why is it necessary to file a new UCC-1 at closing securing the exact same collateral?

We are looking to file something like an injunction injunction to stop a property sale. The property is owned by a sister and brother. Brother is deceased so it passed down to his children. The heirs bad no idea the aunt is trying to sell. Can we file some type of injunction?
