Anyone know of a warm and low-key place to stay and golf in January? We don't need fancy resorts, all-inclusive, or expensive green fees. We just want to get early morning tee times and spend the rest of the day out and about exploring the area. We are looking in Ft Lauderdale/Miami area for Temps above 70 but open to others. We golf in Ft Meyers area also, but courses are not as easy to get on.

Hello everyone. I am looking to transition into the medical writing field, but I don’t seem to have the right type of experience. I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.

I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?
