Anyone seeing RTOs are getting more stricter these days. When I take consecutive two days WFH during RTO days my manager is asking for Reason and certificate if I mention any medical issues. This week as it is election week I planned for WFH. My manager didn't approve it strictly because of it I had to avail leave. This was not quite the case sometime back and my manager was pretty flexible with WFH. Anyone noticing the same. ?

What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.
