I’m struggling between 2 offers:
MBB SA (175K TC) and FANG Financial Analyst (220K TC). I’ve wanted to work for MBB for 4 years, but I’m about to head to get an MBA. Neither will sponsor but MBB will allow me to come back as post-MBA level even with ~4 months of experience pre-MBA. Can I go wrong here? I'm currently working as ETL tester @ Infosys, 5Yoe, cctc: 6.5
Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

Hi - I’m a PM at a reasonably well known company. I don’t have an MBA and see lots of folks asking about needing that to get an interview at FB, G or A. I can confirm that an MBA isn’t a hard req as I’ve had recruiters reach out and offers to move forward to interviews before.
