After 5 years of freelancing (which I have loved) I am considering a full-time gig. We are doing research pretty much on our own for the houses. So, I am looking for any references for buyer's agents who could offer us good commission rebate and help us with just basic stuff like paperwork and reviewing disclosures etc.

This job is a lot better if you don't care about the bonus and hours requirement. I can pretty easily bill 1700 hours annually and my firm so far hasn't cared in the slightest. Worrying about hitting 2000 hours for the bonus used stress me out so much, and I just don't think it's worth it. Base salaries are ridiculous and way more than enough to finance my lifestyle.
