Is it worth taking company B offer , I’m looking into taxes and only 67k is the difference after taxes

Got two offers for MSBI stack, data analytics -SQL n SSIS

Bureau Veritas -24 lpa fixed is 21.5 n rest var
Hexaware - 30 lpa 27 is fixed

Which one should I opt? Hexaware has good stabiloty n work life balance n do they follow hire n fire rule ?

Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
