I have about 13 years experience in public sector healthcare doing program management and PMO work on systems implementation and integration projects. Which firms can I target outside big 4 for similar roles? Seems like most firms are doing only healthcare strategy work which is not my area of interest. Thanks.

How is Strategy& doing these days from a revenue / growth and market positioning perspective? Now an alum from several years ago; genuinely curious to hear how the integration has gone and if the waters have calmed a bit since I was there. (I personally had a good experience and was a good launchpad for my career, but have sort of lost touch with the firm and folks there)

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
