Thats not the scary part.
Scary parts

Takes several years - 3 to 5 minimum to have enough business
Market determines and it can be a few bad years in a row and few okay years.

I’m pretty sure realtor don’t go to random houses

Most businesses open their doors to random strangers and sell services /products to complete strangers. You won’t go much far by doing business with just your friends and family

Not really. Before you enter the job I am pretty sure you already have the skill to read people's expression and demeanor. You can easily pick up when something's not right.

Hi! I’m on the corporate side and had a quick question. We work with a bunch of consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Deloitte, and LEK) and I’m putting together a leadership offsite. I’m pretty sure I can get at least one of these for some sort of leadership / strategy session. Sounds stupid but what kinds of sessions should I be asking when my team asks for what they can offer (as a freebie lol)
