Hi guys, i made a profile switch into Advertising just before covid and started as a fresher. Currently i have 2.5years of experience and 4L CTC as an Account Executive. Just trying to find out the salary brackets for this role in the industry and what should be my ECTC in case of job switch.

I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). For a number of places, I have indicated that I am looking for a remote position, which is maybe a negative.

I am a deputy manager with 8 years of experience in retail banking operations CTC is 5.64L, now HSBC global services is offering 70% hike, however, the grade will be assistant manager. Should I accept the offer? Would degrading the designation from deputy manager to assistant manager be a mistake? Please suggest.

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

No WFH set-up cost for new joiners
The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.
