I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I was recently approached by a recruiter about a position as a litigation attorney at the DOJ. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any more specific information other than what I would be doing is “generally commercial litigation.” Can anyone share insights on what this may entail? Is it normal for a recruiter to be placing people for these government repositions?
