Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Should’ve said no. You probably got auto rejected because of that and there’s no way they can actually find out
Sigh. I'm often too honest. Maybe it's a test and says something about how they operate...
FWIW they asked a lots of unusual questions that seemed to indicate that maybe they have a lot of contact with the government/legal stuff. Another question was if you or a relative had ever worked for certain accounting/consulting firms. Of course one of them was that very former employer from which I got fired. It's my most recent employer and therefore the first name on my resume. It was the wrong job and I'm glad to be out of there but I did spend most of the past year there and don't feel like I can just not mention it on my resume. Luckily they asked if I'd done any auditing work at this firm and the answer was no...
Ah, my apologies. It sounds more like perf related (as unfair as it may have been). Missed the PIP part
With that said, I would consult maybe a few others in labor/employment law space, in terms of how to best phrase your last exit.
Should have just said no, unless that employer reports the reason for leaving. Most employers don't report the reason. And fired is NOT the same as laid off or counseled out, so you could have said no honestly if one of those is true for you.
Now i know for next time. Just got autorejected from one of the jobs I applied for but it was posted a while ago andv was not on their website so it's may have been filled already. We'll see about that other job (with a totally different manager)...
