Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.
Anyone also faced this situation?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.

sigh* last week Saturday my s/o & I broke up after our 3 year relationship. & it really been affecting me negatively — not eating, autopilot mode, self isolation & diving deep into work.
