Bain & Company Applying to Bain and BCG as experience hire. They are asking for standardized test scores. I don’t remember what exactly I scored. What if I put down the wrong number. Would the HR double check ask for send in prove later in the process?

I find it ridiculous that an employer cares so much about standardized test scores from a decade ago. It seems like a gate keeping tactic against the under privileged. Kudos to the employers who have adjusted their requirements to not require college degrees or standardized test scores, specifically speaking to the tech industry.
Lol Bain asked me for transcripts from 16 years ago
Can you contact the College Board and get your scores? Then report the numbers they give you.
How many years oht of college are you? This seems ridiculous
It’s probably a new grad role or through campus pipeline
If you don’t remember what you scored it wasn’t good and you shouldn’t bother applying.
Jk gl
