From a recruiting point, no. From the structure we have today, yes.
Tech is the safest of the service lines as it's the only one to consistently meet/beat plan
They're still defining it, but more to be released in the next few weeks.
Aligned via go to market offerings since there is already a lot of intersection in our work. Also heard there has been a big push for tech fluency in S&O as part of this
What’s the new model look like?
Yes, details are still being worked out
Anyone have a hypothesis?
Whoa das craaaay
What about pay scales? Still segmented by service line?
Can we stop asking questions about internal strategy that has yet to be finalized on a public social media platform?
Lol...well, looks like I'm not going back to the D after grad school.
@D2 why? Because strategy won't be on it's own thing?
Yessir, my clients won't want me doing sap implementation-i know nothing and will be a worthless cog.
Yep, it's all going away, no more strategy, no more technology. The company of the future will be much more efficient running exclusively on hopes and dreams
@D2 but you really think you would be staffed doing that? There's a reason everyone is strategy is becoming tech fluent but we'll all probably be doing the same work just aligned differently. This will affect SM and up more then a A-M
