Are any of you considering career shifts? I am, but not because I have another field I want to explore. It's mostly a mix of feeling overwhelmed by the pace of things in advertising and feeling like there isn't a future over here. What are your reasons for shifting, and how are you deciding what to do next?

Moved to the city about 6 months ago and I’ve been disappointed in my experience. I know the pandemic is playing a factor but I didn’t expect the winter days as gloomy as they’ve been. For those who have lived here for a while, is this normally what the winters are like? What do you do to keep things interesting when you can’t go outside? Last two months have made me consider moving but part of me feels like I won’t have given the city a fair shot
