If you win an award for a category you don’t want to be known for (ex. Tobacco, B2B, or pharma), do you still mention it in your resume or book?

I had my final round of SDE1 interview at Dehaat 3 days ago, feedback came back positive and HR also had salary discussion. However just next day I got mail saying Dehaat has temporarily frozen hiring process. Anyone working at Dehaat can tell me what is happening at Dehaat currently? Was this mail just for me or the entire hiring process is actually on freeze.
