I’ve been applying and interviewing with no luck and multiple rejection as it seems hiring has slowed down. Anyone know of companies hiring? I would love to connect.

I see a lot of people saying that product managers don’t make as much as engineering managers, which is probably true at the middle management levels, but at the Director/VP levels it seems like product pulls way ahead. I’m trying to pivot from my current engineering manager position but want to make sure that I’m not making the wrong move. Opinions? Also, I don’t really care about prestige, since it seems like alot of people call that out on posts.
