Are there any firms/boutiques that are better for wlb? Obviously lit will have more unpredictability than prosecution but there is one case team I'm on that's so horribly managed and average utilization on that team is 150%. Trying to get off it but I think that would rub people the wrong way/hurt partnership chances. It might be easier to just switch firms.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
