Are there any good document banks out there for plaintiff document samples such as complaints, bps, motions , etc. ? Specially looking for personal injury in NY.

Nystla has a document bank. You can access it via the members side of the website.

If you have access to Westlaw, the trial documents section is worth the price alone.

A guy by the name of Andrew Smiley does podcasts once a month with document samples. Can see it through NY Trial Academy. CLE credit too.

Would love one of these for PA

The NYSBA materials are cheap and may be worth considering. Not the best but it’s a starting point, while I am seconding the Andrew Smiley podcast

I am new recruiter with about 2 yrs experience within people practice ( learning & development - Employability support - and now recruiting)

I am keen to transition to FAANG/UK but not sure if I should continue in people’s business! Or should I try RPM/APM opportunities as I am currently leading full cycle work with cross functional teams I feel that might be nice thing to take a look at.

Is there other promising career paths I can transition to within tech?

Hello everyone,

I had my second technical interview two weeks ago and I had emailed the recruiter to check for any progress on my application. I just received an email saying they want to talk to me over call. Should I be worried? Given the hiring freeze .. I am a little worked up. I mean, I would surely talk to her soon to know the situation but my anxiety is off the charts. Is this positive or negative ?

Hi everyone - I'm contemplating an offer from a large PI firm. I'm a little more than halfway through completing my 2nd year of practice, and I'm currently at a small firm with a low salary that's just no longer cutting it.

The offer from the large firm is for a pre-suit position, base salary of $100K - is this salary pretty standard for this kind of position?

Any insight is appreciated, thank you!!
