Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It’s not a hiring freeze for all roles. If you read the email it says hiring will continue for “engineering, technical and other critical roles.”
As G1 said it can go either way, only your recruiter knows the answer.

So, I spoke to my recruiter and she told me that they are
reprioritizing where they will be hiring
for the remainder of the year and I would basically have some delays in hearing back from her (almost 2 weeks). Looks like a sign of hiring freeze. Does that mean I should conclude the employment opportunity and move on ?
