What I heard is -
A. Yes there is definitely a report which is tracking swipe in / out details.
B. None or there is no process about who is having access (atleast I have not seen).
C. What I learnt here is RISK at our own convenience. Tomorrow, if People Manager (earlier known HR) might review report..
Not yet, but heard in some team they are asking people to stay in office for 9 hours I guess they can always get the data if they want to.

I sit for 4 hrs and than go home and login as calls go on till late
In BNY there isn't clarity around policies and they ensure that people aren't clear as well just to use this as a weapon to layoff people if needed maybe so.. So it purely depends on your need to stay over here.. If you're heavily dependent on this job and can't risk losing it, then sit tight for 8 to 9 hours on days you work from the office.. if you do not give a damn about this job, then time that you need to clock is up to you
