i made my first sale 5 months in, but it wasn't until almost a year and half later that I REALLY started to make money
it was about 2 years before I saw some profit
Only half a year, but I wouldn't say that's the average. If you're trying to get an idea of the average time it takes it's somewhere around 12 to 18 months to turn a profit
It depends on how successful you are. I know people who have made a lot of money in their first year, and others who took a few years to build a strong client base.
I was very lucky, after obtaining my license it took me 1 month to process my first business, but I know of people who took more than 1 year. But those same people today are in charge of large real estate agencies. So it's all a matter of patience and sacrifice.
I already have 8 months with my license and I have not been able to close any business, which is quite unfortunate, but other veteran colleagues tell me that many more come after the first sale, so do not despair, but be honest I am very worried.
I’m 8 months in the business as well. Haven’t closed any deals and I’m starting to worry how I’m gonna keep up with this. I’m working a part-time retail job to pay my dues. It’s a marathon idk
