Are we getting our salary on 25th this time?

Recent grad 4 months into job with a boutique (~50 People). If I know I want out, is it better to hold out for a year despite red flags and low brand recognition, or can I start floating my resume?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
