I was able to squat 140lbs last month but now I can only do 100 😭 anyone experience something like this? I don’t know what’s specifically wrong other than I feel weak.

Your workout capacity on any given day is a function of: sleep. nutrition. hydration. stress. recovery from previous 2-3 days workouts.

Whether it’s squatting or running or whatever.

Without knowing those variables, it’s hard to say but it’s certainly possible. And we all have off days. there are days I struggle in my warm up weights for no reason.

⬆️ my best workouts are between 11-2; too late and I’m beat. Leg day or if you do power lifts that recruit multiple muscle groups are impacted most.

Make sure you are warmed up.

Make sure you have salt in your diet - many times when we feel gassed - it’s not carb deficiency it’s salt. But if you aren’t feeding yourself the right fuel...you won’t be able to continually set personal bests or see improvements.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Thinking about investing in real estate but I’m super new at this and not sure where to get help. I saw a few apt/townhomes for sale in a prime location in my city. They’re around $110-$200k each and most over 1k sq ft. I’m thinking of getting one and turning it into an Airbnb. HOA and tax are a bit pricey (adding an extra $700-$1k/mo). Would this be a good investment?
