Is it okay to do the background check process if I don't plan to join EY GDS? I have received better offer from another organization and I'm planning to join them. I still have 2 months left in my notice period. I'm holding EY's offer just to be on the safe side and planning to inform them towards the end of my notice period. If I complete the background check process and not join EY, will they blacklist me from exploring opportunities in future? EY

I don’t feel like I’m wasting my life - but it’s time to look at the next chapter. This administration has created terrible morale and in my line of work - that’s the one thing that keeps you going. It’s not the same anymore and I can’t be effective without a mission I believe that benefits people.
If you feel wasting your time, you need to look for other opportunities unless you have no choices around you.
😎 No your not alone life is. 2 short being working a job u don’t like some people jobs cause the pay is good I understand that but I’ve always wanted to work the job I luv and not just the job I need why can’t u have both “ so it’s ok 2 change jobs till u get that career u luv till u retire if this makes any sense☺️
Life is too short not to be happy at work! Tender your resignation and hit the job seeker trail. It might be rough financially for a few months but you will eventually find something you like.
Before I lost my job in June, I was pretty burned out. I had been there for 6 years and even though I was getting raises, they still wouldn't let me have any more responsibility. The micromanagement was suffocating me! It had me questioning whether my career choice was the right one. The good news is that now that I've been away from that toxic work environment for 2 months I'm feeling a lot more confident and positive. I've come to see that the problem was not that I no longer liked my professional: it was that I had outgrown that particular employer. It's normal to question your life choices, but keep in mind that the problem may not be as bad as you think. Perhaps you just need a change of scenery.
🤔 Uou know the best job 2 me 1 job that pays like u have 3 jobs that’s the kind of job I want not just 2 get by i want 2 soar by like a 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅 there large and in charge of there wallets “ Ching Ching “ 💰 💴 💵 that’s called controlling ur pockets 🐜 the ant is a bizzy 🐝 like the bee itself buzzing 🔑 💰
I feel like this every time I clock in
I kind of understand that. I like my job but I don't like my pay. I keep waiting for that magic raise but don't thinks it's coming. That or a better position to open up. But I'm wasting the degree I just finished. Someone told me I was comfortable and I realized that's true. Maybe you are too and maybe its time to get uncomfortable
