Art directors - do you find yourself getting enough experience onsite with photoshoots? Or is budget always an excuse for you to not be there on set?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
