Creative teams are not given nearly enough time to work, and yet are expected to consistently "save the day". Much of the creative process (at least for me) comes from having time to let things sit, being able to sleep on ideas, etc...
The pressure to create incredible things in record speed is what leads to burnout, stress, and agency toxicity way more thana creative's overall workload.
All to eventually find out strategy had 4x that amount of time to write the brief.
When CCOs take credit for the work.
Teams that have half thoughts, no insight, and no vision for their own work, but want all the glory with no effort.

Lazy creatives. Showing up to reviews with excuses and expecting you to solve the work for them. If a team works hard and really tries I can forgive when the work isn’t there but laziness makes my blood boil.
