As a medical traveler I’m noticing more & more that hospitals aren’t being honest about expected duties in interviews/in written contracts. Many are ‘throwing curve balls’ AFTER contracts are signed & expecting the traveler to just comply. That’s a form of false advertising. Also it’s a bad move because the hospitals reputations are being discussed in a negative ways.

I think this comes up for other roles too, it's a sneaky way to get more than what they pay for

That sounds super shady but maybe not that surprising

I feel like this is typical of a lot of industries. You need to come prepared to ask all of the questions you need to to ensure the job is right for you

I recently started at HubSpot as an account executive covering SMB. I’m finishing up training and a Salesforce recruiter reached about a job opening doing pretty much the same thing. Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

As a mid-senior level associate in litigation/investigations/arbitration, do you feel like what you’re currently doing is actually holding you back in terms of professional/personal development? We spend so much time going over the nittiest and grittiest of details that I feel like I’m not actually learning anything new anymore or expanding my skill set. I work in a super lean team and as a 6th year I’m still doing a lot of the grunt work. Is this normal?
