As a new grad at my BB in back office, how do I network effectively with people in roles in FO? I’ve had a bunch of informational interviews w ppl and they all told me to keep in touch, but I’m a little lost on how to continue the relationship moving forward w/o it feeling like I’m just talking to them so that I can get a referral/job offer down the line.
