I found Accenture was getting to be too big, too corporate, too transient, and that was 15 years ago! Can’t imagine what it’s like now. Currently in B4 and it is ok - pays the bills and more. No regrets whatsoever.

ACN partner/MD to EY Principal. No ragrets
Most folks who joined us from ACN found it hard to thrive here. Most of our alums who went to other firms also didn't land well and some came back. I can think of a handful - maybe 10% who absolutely did great in both directions.
I think we all get too used to the culture and processes of where we grow up to adapt quickly in another environment
Made the move last year and absolutely don’t regret it. ACN has changed for the worse the last few years in my opinion and unless you live in India not a great place to be anymore. It’s hard to rebuild your network but do appreciate the private partnership more for the long term.
Where did you move to?
I left a while ago and no regrets. While things aren’t perfect where I am now, I’m glad I made the switch. ACN does a lot of things very well and it seems to be a good experience for a handful of very senior level leaders, but I’m not sure how great it is for everyone else.
Is this a guy?
Sounds like you’re ready to pick one and run!
Heard people who moved to Big 4 regret about the deeper tech implementation leverage they used to have if that is your focus.

Got out and thrilled to be gone. I’ve stayed in touch with a few friends from ACN, but don’t miss anything about ACN.
The tech capabilities are good/better at ACN, but it’s just a miserable place to work. I haven’t had a single regret since the day I left
For how many years have you worked there? And which area?
Left after almost 15. Not the same place I joined. No Ragrets
