Ex-Deloitte to. The fed cutbacks are hitting Deloitte very hard and they have already started layoffs. Couldn’t happen to a nastier place 🎉
I think you are missing the point of why the GPS leaders were selected… their P&L vastly outperformed the others up for the job. GPS has been growing like crazy and the promotions upward reflected that.
But given that GPS is set to contract… yes, I think others will likely get the nod. They will have a better track record and be able to steer the higher growth areas better. But that’s just consistent logic with selecting the last set of leaders.
I’m standing by my comment of even being former. GPS project not profitable? Maybe in 2008. It’s been 15 years since that was a problem and only in Fed which was staffed by commercial mostly. GPS longer than I’ve been alive? Uh ok. So MAYBE state practice (cuz we had almost no fed til we bought BP) which has always been good business. OP doesn’t know what they are taking about.
And the points stand around OP not understanding the why behind the choices recently have been made. Leaders in SCNO and tech have always been part of the pool. They just don’t do nearly as much to demonstrate readiness. Which OP clearly doesn’t understand if he thinks GPS is money losing.
So yeah. Doubt this person is former D. If they are, man they really didn’t understand the business before and must have been gone a LONG time cuz they are completely missing the thread.
Same at BCG. NAMR chair grew our Federal practice into a real thing for them
