Fully remote and looking at a bicostal lifestyle. I’ve found some nice long term furnished places, but where can I find a monthly rental for when I’m not at home base. I’ve looked at Enterprise and it’s roughly 2,000 a month for a compact. If I’m going to pay that, I’ll just lease a Urus for 18 months and save one or two hundred😂

I applied to a lead project specialist role with Deloitte about a month ago and my app is still pending and waiting review. I’d asked an acquaintance for a referral prior to applying also. I tried to see if LinkedIn listed the recruiter for the role but don’t see any reference. Any recommendations for touching base? Did I get lost in the shuffle? I am a certified project manager with more than a decade of experience.

Hello Belgium! Everyone happy with the salary bumps last year. For AD1/1 at KPMG there was a 6% bump. Don’t know about you guys? Inflation is double digits still so in January we’ll see another nice raise 🙏

Joining Deloitte. I just submitted my documents to immigration. How long will it take to file my H1B case with USCIS? It’s wired big company like Deloitte is using third party law firm for H1B transfers.

Does Deloitte sponsor H1Bs? The website says they don’t sponsor, so slightly confused as I see people here posting about having offers and will be soon going though H1B process. For context I am not in the USA.

I reached out to BAL and they said if role/responsibilities change ill have to start from first. Does change of desination mean change of role ?

BAL is taking its own sweet time to file my H1B transfer. My LCA was approved on Dec 30. They have all the documents needed to file and give me an update every week saying they will be filing it shortly. Any of you folks experiencing the same ?
