I'm a Java developer building products in networking domain. I'm strong in converting requirements into design and building products from scratch. I'm spending 12 hours everyday at work, unable to spend any time on brushing up algorithms.

can someone help in sharing a piece of informtion that KPMG dont mention their percentages of bonus in their offer letters however while discussing Hr mentioned it will be in between 8-20 % of your fixed CTC.

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. As per my information, as I joined new company, a new pf account will be created and pf amount will be added to that account every month. But, I didn't receive any message. So, I am unsure if new account has been created or not.

Also, I need to transfer pf from previous employer to new employer.

But, I am unaware of the process.
