Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Because we still have to take calls using Skype in 2022 😂
UBS is really bad with annual pay raises and increases after you are already in the door (no is zero COLA). 100% you should negotiate as much as you can upfront, because you may be stagnant for at least 3-5 years.
Totally agree....hikes, bonuses and management policies suck...
Haven’t had a raise in years in spite of excellent reviews. Set bonus so no wiggle there. If I weren’t so close to retirement I’d be long gone.
I received no hikes for 2 consecutive cycles.... despite very good performance....my team survived because of me but still.....bonuses were worth a laugh....I had received a decent hike while joining and was always told that I am overpaid...and finally I left after completing 2.5 years..... basically they are a bunch of Chu**yas
I managed to reach from 9 LPA to 11 LPA after spending 3 years with UBS . No promotion. Such a slow growth put me at least 3 years back compare to my peers
I was asked to arrange my own laptop if i wish for WFH during COVID. NOT SURE IF THIS "Gareebi" is still there ?
Glad to know I wasn't the only one who didn't get laptop 😂😂
